Our Belt Weigher consists of a Weigh-Lever fitted in an appropriate location which will be isolated from other conveyors and other dynamic loads to maintain better accuracy, a High Precision Load Cell in the capacity of 100 Kg, Incremental Encoder and a Feed Rate Indicator to display various parameters such as Current Feed Rate, Cumulative Weight, Weight on the table, Speed, and so on.
The material fed on the conveyor is sensed by a mechanical weigh frame, which supports a section of the Conveyor Belt. Any weight applied to the weigh frame is transferred to the load cell for measurement. The weight is sensed by the Load Cell and the corresponding signal is sent to the Feed Rate Indicator for amplification and further processing. The speed of the belt is measured by the encoder, which sends the digital pulse signals to the Feed Rate Indicator. RUN/HOLD and Alarm outputs for Material Starvation and Rate Error are also available from the Feed Rate Indicator for Annunciation.
